Insurance and Financing

We pride ourselves on helping make your dental treatment affordable. You will be informed of any fees before treatment is started. Affordable financial options are always available upon credit approval. We understand your dental insurance may not cover all the costs of your treatment, and we will make every effort to help you maximize your coverage and increase your reimbursement.

We offer a variety of payment options to accommodate your financial needs, including:

• Cash
• Check
• All major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
• Financing through CareCredit (a dental credit card)

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits. Our patients have many different insurance plans and Dr. Camacho accepts any insurance plan that allows you to choose your own dentist.

In Network Insurance Plans: We accept all PPO plans, and we are an In Network provider for the following plans:

• SunLife
• Aetna Extend
• BCBS Grid +
• United Concordia
• Florida Combined Life
• Humana

As a courtesy, our office will complete and submit your insurance forms for you so that you will receive the maximum reimbursement. Because insurance policies vary (we deal with over 200 policies), we’ll estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. We ask our patients to pay their estimated portion at the time of their visit, unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, our patients will be responsible for the entire balance.
